1. The service

SmartInventory AI lets you create digital inventories of physical items using artificial intelligence, including automatic identification and indicative valuation. Each user's inventory is private by default.

2. Plans and credits

The Service works with a credit system: each AI item analysis consumes one credit.

Available plans: Explorer (free, 5 credits/month), Collector (€4.99/month, 40 credits), Manager (€19.99/month, 150 credits) and Expert (€49.99/month, 500 credits). Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed period.

4. Nature of the valuations

The valuations generated by the AI are indicative estimates and do not constitute official appraisals, expert reports or financial or legal advice. For important decisions we recommend consulting a certified professional.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with the law, not to upload unlawful content and not to attempt to breach the security of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these conditions.

6. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service. We will notify you of relevant changes with reasonable advance notice.
