SmartInventory AI (hereinafter, "the Service") is the controller of the personal data you provide when using the platform. You can contact us at the e-mail address indicated in the legal notice.
Account data: e-mail address and login credentials needed to register and authenticate.
Inventory content: photographs, descriptions and data of the items you choose to catalogue. This content is private by default and only you can access it.
Billing data: handled through Stripe when you subscribe to a paid plan. We do not store your full card details.
Technical data: basic usage information required for the security and operation of the Service.
We process your data to provide the Service (performance of the contract), manage payments and subscriptions (performance of the contract and legal obligation), ensure the security of the platform (legitimate interest) and, only with your consent, send you commercial communications.
The images you upload are processed by artificial intelligence models for the sole purpose of identifying and valuing your items. The valuations produced are indicative and do not constitute official appraisals.
We keep your data for as long as your account remains active. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption, per-user access control (Row Level Security) and private storage by default.
Under the GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to our contact e-mail. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
To provide the Service we use providers acting as data processors, including cloud infrastructure services and the Stripe payment gateway, all of them offering adequate safeguards under the GDPR.
